MERIDIAN TAPPING TECHNIQUE    MTT(EFT)
How MTT (EFT) Works
Some basic concepts around MTT (EFT) are that thoughts are energy;

energy moves through our bodies along circuits called meridians.    When a

person experiences a negative event or emotion, energy becomes blocked or

reversed in the meridian energy system.  Think of it this way - you plug in an

appliance on an already loaded circuit and the effect is that nothing on that circuit

will work until the flow of electricity has been restored.  The same is true when we

have a belief, or the memory of an experience, that overloads our body's electrical

system.  The energy along one or more of our meridians gets blocked and/or

reversed (overloaded), thus causing a negative emotion.

Over time the build up of overloaded energy and the inability of

the body to heal itself, results in either emotional and/or physical illness or pain.

Much like replacing a fuse or flipping a breaker switch, tapping on the meridian

endpoints will remove the blockage or reverse the flow of energy and reestablish

the correct flow of energy along the meridian.   Along with tapping one must use

a "set-up" phrase acknowledging the issue or problem while tapping on the

Karate Chop point, and continue tapping while  "reminder phrase" while tapping

on the meridian points (these points can vary, but are on the head and upper

body).

The purpose here is to acknowledge the present emotion or condition and affirm

that you love yourself in spite of this imperfection. For example, if you have a fear

of public speaking, you could use a "set-up" phrase "Even though I have this fear

of public speaking, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway".

This combination of addressing the limiting beliefs and emotions stored in the

subconscious has led to countless changes in people's lives.  The results from

MTT (EFT) have been astounding, from eliminating 30 or more years of PTSD to

removing physical pain and illness throughout the body.

Because MTT (EFT) is a simple process it can be easily taught to others and self

administered.  It can be done by yourself, with a health coach, in person, over the

phone, in groups or in your car.  You can do it anywhere.  It is fast and has lasting

effects.  You don't have to believe, you just have to tap and affirm.  Because the

individual seeking change is doing the work, all one needs is some guidance

and direction from an experienced health coach.

Only I can change my life,
No one can do it for me.

. ..Twenty-one months after I was rear-ended in
an auto collision my treatment by the
    chiropractor, massage therapists and
    had reached a stagnant plateau. . . . . . . . .  My
recovery made a profound improvement and
break through when I was introduced to EFT
(MTT).  I was shocked and disturbed to
discover my subconscious was hindering my
recovery.  Tapping was the key avenue to
uncovering my fear that the accident would be
   repeated. . . . .   Today, I am able to sleep at
night, I have full mobility of my head and neck, I
can look over my shoulder and back out of a
parking space without extreme pain .............

EFT (MTT) has produced positive results

MTT (EFT) began in the 1980's when Dr Roger Callahan discovered

that he could reverse a person's fear by tapping on meridian endpoints.

Dr. Callahan's technique was very effective but was a very regimented algorithm

and diagnosis specific in its application. This technique was (TFT) Thought Field

Therapy.  Later Gary Craig, a Stanford graduate in Engineering, who was more

drawn to psychology and personal development, became interested in

Dr. Callahan's work.   He studied under Dr. Callahan and in the mid 1990's

combined what he had learned from Dr. Callahan with principles of physics from

Albert Einstein, creating Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT.

Gary found that the regimented algorithm and diagnosis  weren't nearly as

important as the use of the proper phrase while tapping on various meridian

endpoints.  As time progressed and Gary began to use EFT he discovered that it

was effective in treating almost anything.

Recently, EFT has become synonymous with MTT.

85% of the people who use MTT find the emotional
freedom to lead healthy, happy, successful, peaceful lives.
I can help you unlock the bonds that are holding you back.
Meridian Tapping Technique (MTT) has recently become the
synonym for EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.

Meridian Tapping Points
First of all, Esther and Becky were simply a
delight to be with - I felt comfortable and
completely safe to be 'me'.   What happened
in our session together was awesome - one
awe after another as layers were uncovered.
When our time came to a close and I got up
from my chair I said "I feel 5 inches taller"!
So much emotional weight had been lifted.  I
felt more empowered to meet my daily
challenges.     Highly recommended - 5
stars......................
